How do I buy this confounded thing?
Good question, I'm glad you asked! I really am. Self-publishing a book is a lot of work and I'd be happy to help you pay me for it.
My goal is that if you pay once for the ebook, you'll get access to every digital version of it that I have. If you have a Kindle, the easiest route is to buy it from Amazon. When you get your receipt, forward it to store@toddklindt.com. I'll create an account here for you and reply back with your user name and password. Then you can download any version of it that's here.
You also have the option of buying it here directly. To do that click the Paypal "Buy Now" button on the right. When I get the email from Paypal I'll create your account and send you the username and password. If you have any questions, email me. I'm doing it all by hand, so you might have to be patient.
Also, I've chosen not to use any DRM with any of the files. As a consumer of ebooks myself, I find DRM offensive and only succeeds in making it tougher for paying customers to use the products they've paid for. Please, please, don't distribute any of the files. I'm a one man show here. You're screwing some big nameless, faceless, corporation. You're taking money right out of my kids' college funds. And let's be honest, with me as their dad, they need all the help they can get.
